Frequently Asked Questions
The Art of TapestryMy works are created using the traditional gobelin (tapestry weaving) technique, where the image is woven entirely by hand, thread by thread. This centuries-old art form has long been associated with craftsmanship, prestige, and luxury, as historically only the most privileged could commission and own tapestries.
Today, tapestry remains one of the most time-intensive artistic mediums. In contrast to mass production, artificiality, and fast consumer culture, it celebrates slowness, materiality, and the value of handmade work. Each piece is unique, carrying the visible trace of time, skill, and human touch.
pricingPrices vary depending on the size, complexity, materials, and time required to create the piece.
Smaller and simpler works generally start from a few hundred euros, while larger and more complex tapestries can range into the thousands or even tens of thousands of euros.

Commission Work & CollaborationsI am very open for collaborations and custom works.
The process of creating a custom work begins with discussing your idea, space, preferences, and expectations. I then make sketches and propose materials, colors, and composition before beginning the artwork.
Advance Payment Each commissioned piece is created specifically for the client and often requires purchasing materials before production begins.
The advance payment secures the project and covers preparation, materials, and the time invested in the design phase.
Certificate of AuthenticityEach artwork is accompanied by a custom label attached to the reverse side of the piece. The label includes essential information about the work, such as the title, year of creation, materials, and artist details, serving as its certificate of authenticity.
Shipping & deliveryI ship both within Estonia and internationally.
For local deliveries, artworks may be sent via parcel locker when the size allows. Larger works are delivered by courier.
International shipping is available worldwide. Shipping costs are added to the artwork price and depend on the destination, dimensions, and weight of the piece.
